A window is only as good as the hole it sits in
You can buy the best triple-glazed unit on the market and lose most of its benefit to a poorly sealed perimeter. Air moves through the gap between the frame and the rough opening, not through the glass.
That is why we treat finishing as part of the install rather than a line you can decline. Foam fill, proper caulking and correctly fitted trim are what turn a good product into a warm room.

Renovation FAQ
Does every install include interior trim work?
Yes. Reinstallation of interior trim and casing is standard on every job. If new trim is needed — because your existing trim is damaged, or you would like a different profile — we include that in your quote at a fixed price rather than treating it as an extra.
What if there is rot or water damage around my old windows?
This is common, especially in GTA homes built before 1990, and it is the number one thing that turns a simple replacement into a bigger job. We assess framing condition during the measure and include any necessary repair in your quote before we order your windows.
Can I hire you for renovation work without replacing windows?
We take on small renovation and finishing projects on a case-by-case basis, usually where they relate to openings, trim or exterior finishing. Call us to describe the project and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right trade for it.
Will you match my existing trim profile?
Where the existing trim can be removed intact, we reinstall it. Where it cannot, we match the profile as closely as available stock allows and show you the match before installing. On older homes with discontinued profiles we will tell you upfront if an exact match is not possible.
Do you paint the trim afterwards?
We install and finish the trim ready for paint. Painting is not included by default — ask at quote stage and we will tell you whether we can arrange it for your project.
What happens to my old windows and doors?
We remove and dispose of them as part of the job. You do not need to arrange a bin or a dump run.
